Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, light-touch modality that supports the nervous system and the body’s natural healing processes. Sessions are performed fully clothed and focus on calming overstimulation, releasing deeply held tension, and restoring balance. This subtle yet profound work is often sought for stress, headaches, jaw and neck tension, sleep issues, and trauma-related holding patterns.

Time may vary based upon the client’s nervous system response, with no additional charge.

90 Minutes - $150

Warm Himalayan salt stones are gently glided and placed along the body to melt deep tension, calm the nervous system, and restore energetic balance. This extended ritual allows time for full-body relaxation, focused therapeutic work, and intentional stillness-inviting the body to fully receive the grounding, mineral-rich warmth of the stones. A deeply restorative experience designed to nourish muscles, mind, and spirit.
