Healing Grove

Hi there, I’m Eric Pelfrey, a licensed massage therapist and the heart behind Healing Grove Massage. I believe that healing is holistic, supporting the mind (spirit), body, emotions, and soul. When we slow down, listen to our bodies, and give ourselves permission to receive care, we can truly begin the healing process.

My approach blends therapeutic and relaxation techniques to relieve pain, improve flexibility, improve circulation, and relieve stress and anxiety. Each session is customized to meet you where you are. I use natural, low-toxin products, such as 100% organic cotton sheets, fractionated coconut oil, 100% therapeutic grade essential oils, and Clean People detergent for laundering - so your body can relax without exposure to irritants, microplastics, or endocrine-disrupting chemicals.

I trained at Central Arizona College, and have experience in techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, side-lying/pregnancy, hot stones, spa, sports, and stretching. In addition, I have professional experience in trauma-informed environments.

Healing Grove Massage is a calm, caring space where you can feel grounded and nurtured. This is where healing takes root.
